Newport Landings, LLC and Landings Management, LLC are Equal Opportunity Housing providers. Renter's Insurance
Renter's insurance is mandatory. Tenant is required to obtain and carry a renter's insurance policy to cover personal contents with a minimum coverage level of $10,000.00 as well as $100,000.00 in liability insurance coverage. Rental Scoring & Your Rental Application
Many landlords rely upon "Rental Scores" to estimate the relative financial risk of leasing an apartment to you. In addition to estimating risk, rental scores are an objective and consistent way of reviewing relevant applicant information, and help speed the application approval process.
